This table is great. It replaced one we had in a tight space that seated only 4 people. Now we seat 8 with comfort. The bench setup, which allows people to slide in and out without stepping over the bench, is perfect. It is sturdy and attractive, and better suited to our intense Arizona sun than other options. And it was super-easy to set up. Our only difficulty was having to make some minor modifications to get the umbrella pole to fit through the metal bracing on the legs.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Looks great!

Fill the bottom with plastic water bottles to make it lighter and let the water drain.

Just perfect for the spot! I kind of thought the top would be a little taller, but I don’t think anyone will hit their head on it. It’s very nice. I just need to decide if I want to stain it to match my grandpa’s 100 year old swing or just let it darken on its own…

I love it. It is well constructed. The edges are nicely rounded. It came so quickley.

The bench is quite lovely and sturdy. Heavier than we would have thought. We girls couldn’t complete the assembly, we needed Dad to come drill through a knot hole. But we like it!

This is our second bench . . my husband rebuilt the first one / weathered due to age for another spot in our yard. . the new one is out by the bird bath and blue spruce . . a quiet resting place. Ours are red . . both delivered quite quickly and put together with no problem. Just the right size (smaller) and very comfortable including the back. Glad it was available.

When the springs arrived they were wonderful and easy to install and the chrome plating is nice. The company was a bit slack in shipping, however. Somebody dropped the ball so I'd recommend checking on shipping after a few days.

I bought my swing 14 years ago and it's still my favorite spot in my yard.

Packaged perfectly. Stained beautifully. Wood is perfectly cut and milled. Assembled easily. And, smells great. Time will tell how the table wears which is my greatest concern. I already have it covered. One slight disappointment: Although the table is listed and advertised as 5-ft and the dimensions are listed accurately, the table is 55 inches long. That is not 5 feet. This may not be an issue for most but it mattered for us. Just measure twice and order once.

I purchased 2 hooks to hold solar lanterns. They have held up against the Florida thunderstorms so far. I would recommend this product.

Beware if you are looking to purchase this bench. It does not tell you this in the description.... ("All Hickory and painted Yellow Pine furniture must be kept under a covered area" )
It just says for patio or porch I do not think most people have a covered patio. No where in the description does it tell you this It tells you in the download warranty information.
Well I purchased for a gift to my parents for X-mas of 2020. Fast forward to April 2024. I thought this was going to be a long term investment for them to spend sitting in for many years ...if you are also looking for something like that I would 100% pass on this item. The paint that is used I was told was the same as house paint/siding but it is all cracking and starting to peel but the worst part is the bottom piece of wood totally rotted out, my mother sat on it this year and it fell apart.
Bottom line is if I would of known ahead of time about it having to be in a covered area I would not of purchased this item what a waste of my money.... I hope this helps others to not waste their money on it.
FYI - The company who makes it is offering to replace that part...I'm just afraid of what the rest of the bench is going to do. Cant have elderly people sitting on something like that

Once again we turned to The Charming Bench Company when we wanted to add to our deck furniture! The Lehigh Counter High Stool was the perfect piece to add because it not only adds to our seating but can serve as a table. The Nantucket Blue bench matched the chairs perfectly that we ordered in the same color last year. We also ordered two additional Hamilton Counter High Chairs. Knowing that The Charming Bench Company has the hardware kit packaged by a non-profit that teaches life skills and provides employment for individuals with disabilities is an added plus!!! This company is A+++ all the way!

I absolutely love my new bench. It arrived quickly, and was so easy to put together with just one person. It is sturdy and looks fabulous. Very happy.

Easy to put together. I did all chairs and husband did tables. The hardware is superior to what you get on Amazon, structure also more stable and better looking. Worth every cent. Going to order more tomorrow for my rooftop deck! Company is great, designers also call and talk to you about measurements. Best company ever! Will be ordering more for sure💪

It has a little wiggle in the frame and seems not quite as sturdy as it could be. But we love the install ease, the color, the trim work, etc. We'll see how it holds up.

We bought this hanging bed in full size, white, two years ago and it had held up so well! It is our favorite place to be on the patio and we often fall asleep out there. We are buying a second one for the lake house we just purchased. It is the one thing my husband said had to be there!

A great product. Easy to assemble and even came with some spare paint for touchups later. Highly recommend.

We chose the Rustic Red color and it matched perfectly to Sherwin Williams Rustic Red paint. There was a bit of a snafu with a shipping problem, but Kalon did everything possible to right a wrong. The best customer service I can remember in some time. The bench is very solid and well made. There’s some minor assembly required, but since it’s made so well, the screws aligned perfectly and was put together in 15 minutes. Love the bench. Love Highwood products. Love Charming Bench Company and their staff.

These are the most comfortable rockers we found.
Great construction, came fully assembled.
We love them. We got two.
I just wish they were a little less expensive. However they should last at least ten to fifteen years.

Always looking for a great rocker that can handle people who are bigger than the average.
"Sturdy", "well built" and "gorgeous" are the comments I get.
The chairs, (I bought 2) Complete the look of the room.
I am most likely going to purchase another one for a family home in PA.
Worth every penny.

Purchased as a "memory" bench on our farm for our Golden Retriever who recently passed. It has become the centerpiece of our little farm trails, absolutely perfect. Customer service was outstanding, will definitely do business with the Charming Bench Company again
