Handcrafted using an entire log sawn lengthwise from locally grown wood and genuine lodge pole pine accents. The artisans at Montana Woodworks built each bench with an attentive eye toward style and detail. Craftsmen remove the outer bark using old-fashioned draw knives while leaving the inner cambium layer intact for increased texture and contrast. The process is completed in a professional eight-step process that applies stain and lacquer for a durable, low-maintenance finish.

We were hesitant to order something like this sight unseen but we’re absolutely thrilled with this product, as well as the delivery the packaging and the customer service provided. The bench is beautiful. It is so nice in fact that I have had a hard time convincing my husband to put it out in our backyard, which is what we purchased it for. He loves having it in the living room. As extra seating. I have to admit it does look completely at home as a piece of indoor furniture and it also looks completely at home outdoors. I will absolutely purchase from this company again without hesitation.
