After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we confirm that your order is available for shipment we contact you immediately through e-mail. If your order is "backordered" or unavailable we will notify you.
Most in-stock items ship within five business days from the order date, unless your order is a custom/special item. In this case, we will shoot you an e-mail to let you know when the item(s) will be ready. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you after your order leaves our warehouse.
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. Send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an available replacement.
We want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with our product quality you are entitled to a replacement or money back guarantee. Items returned must be in new/unused condition and must be returned within 30 days.
*All Returns must have a RMA number, which we will gladly issue you when you contact us. All returns that are sent without prior contact with customer service and a proper RMA number will be disregarded.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for the order.
