Majority of our products are made in the U.S.A. and our craftspeople are working to ship our customers orders out as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time.

Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping on every product sold on our website to the lower 48 contiguous United States. 

Depending on the product and weight we work with all major carriers and various freight brokers, we primarily ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Prior to Covid, most in-stock items ship within a few business days
from the order date, unless your order is a custom or special item. 

Currently we list the last expected ship date for each individual product on our website that will show the estimated number of days or weeks until an item ships.

For custom orders, we will shoot you an e-mail to let you know when the item(s) will be ready. Tracking
information will be e-mailed to you after your order leaves our
warehouse.  

As soon as your order ships you will be emailed a shipment notification
along with the carrier's tracking details. All orders are tracked using a
tracking number on the website of the associated carrier.

We unable to ship to PO boxes. The freight and shipping carriers we use are not allowed to deliver to a PO box.

Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by
email phone.

Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly
appreciated. This will speed up our resolution process. We strongly
recommend at the time of delivery, if your notice any cartons that look
dented, crushed or just not right, open them immediately and inspect the contents.

If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticket, refuse that item only and contact us as soon as
possible for instructions.

While we will do our best to have it all delivered at the same time, it
is likely you could get multiple deliveries. Our different products ship from different parts of the country and may arrive earlier or later than other items in your order.

We are sorry but we are not accepting any orders for Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We can only offer shipping to the lower 48 contiguous United States.

While we are not accepting any orders for delivery outside the United States.

We have many international customers ship their purchase to a freight or shipping terminal that then ships your purchase to your final destination.

We offer free shipping ship to any valid US address in the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Payments

All payments are processed through our secure PCI compliant and SSL encrypted Shopify e-commerce platform. 

We accept Paypal and all major credits cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

We also accept checks for orders over $1,000. Please contact us to set
up your order and process via check. Please be aware that orders paid
for via check will not be processed until we receive the check, and the
check has cleared the bank.

We are based in Florida and we currently are only required to collect sales tax in Florida.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you find another online store (our store included) that offers a lower price than our listed price
within 30 days of your purchase, shoot us an email with the price
info, and we will refund you the difference. 

Our Price Guarantee has some limitations:

The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.  You must purchase the item before requesting your Price Guarantee.

Our Price Guarantee includes the item price plus shipping charges. Sales tax is excluded. The competitor must be an authorized online retailer.
They may not have a retail location. 

The listed price cannot be from a discount or auction website such as eBay, Overstock, etc. Rebates and other promotions such as buy one get one free offers are not eligible.

Orders

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail and SMS text message (if you provide a mobile number).


Once we have received your order and will authorize your credit card for the purchase and begin working on creating your products.

Once we complete manufacturing of the items for your order, we contact you immediately through e-mail and SMS text message (if you provide a mobile number).

After you place your order, our manufacturing team gets started on your order. We do our best to display the estimated shipping date on each product page.

Please note this is an estimate and is included at the checkout process
and with your order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, we will send you a notification with the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.

Once the order is placed on our website we will submit an order
directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This occurs immediately
after an order is placed by the customer (7 days a week).

Once this step has been completed, The Charming Bench and thus the customer become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the
manufacturer.

All order cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but can be returned under our Standard Return Policy.

Since time is of the essence, it's best to call rather than email us.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 2-5 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.

Returns

We want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with our product
quality you are entitled to a replacement or money back guarantee. Items returned must be in new and unused condition and must be returned within 14 days.  

Defective Products

Replacement of defective products is covered completely. We will provide you with a prepaid label or  reimburse you for shipping, and ship out a replacement to you.

Returns

A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. Refunds are issued minus shipping costs both ways. Any item returned damaged or unreasonably worn is subject to additional fees. You will be
refunded after the package reaches our facilities and is inspected. This
policy does not apply to oversize non-returnable items.  

*All Returns must have a RMA number, which we will gladly issue you when you contact us. All returns that are sent without prior contact with customer service and a proper RMA number will be disregarded.

We stand behind our products, want to make our customers happy and will do our best to solve any issues. 

Custom Orders:
Any custom orders (i.e. products that are custom made or made-to-order) or special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.

Custom Cushions: Any cushion or product that includes a specified cushion fabric selection.

Damaged: Any product that is not in resalable condition.

RMA: Any product not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by The Charming Bench Company.

Original Packaging:
Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging
materials. Any product that has been assembled, installed, modified or
used in any way. 

Large orders: (Orders
containing 10 or more of a single product or orders with an invoice
total greater than $2,500). When ordering large quantities, we suggest
ordering a sample for evaluation.

Please note that images of products/color swatches displayed on our website may differ in color due to differences in the resolution of computer monitors and we cannot guarantee that the finish will be
exactly as pictured.

We always work with our partnering outdoor furniture manufacturers to obtain the highest quality photographs of the products and thus depict the merchandise as closely as possible.
