What service do you use to process payment?
All payments are processed through our secure PCI compliant and SSL encrypted Shopify e-commerce platform.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credits cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Depending on the product and weight we work with all major carriers and various freight brokers, we primarily ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Do you charge tax?
Our business is located in Florida and has no sales tax.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on every product sold on our website in the 48 contiguous United States.
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase, than can take 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once we confirm that your order is available for shipment we contact you immediately through e-mail. If your order is "backordered" or unavailable we will notify you.
Most in-stock items ship within five business days from the order date, unless your order is a custom/special item. In this case, we will shoot you an e-mail to let you know when the item(s) will be ready. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you after your order leaves our warehouse.
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. Send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an available replacement.
We want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with our product quality you are entitled to a replacement or money back guarantee. Items returned must be in new/unused condition and must be returned within 30 days.
Replacement of defective products is covered completely. We will provide you with a prepaid label or reimburse you for shipping, and ship out a replacement to you.
A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. Refunds are issued minus shipping costs both ways. Any item returned damaged or unreasonably worn is subject to additional fees. You will be refunded after the package reaches our facilities and is inspected. This policy does not apply to oversize non-returnable items.
*All Returns must have a RMA number, which we will gladly issue you when you contact us. All returns that are sent without prior contact with customer service and a proper RMA number will be disregarded.
Cancellations and Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for the order.
