The poly swings in color Aruba exceeded my expectations. They arrived faster that expected, and even though I expected high quality they were even better than I imagined. It did not take long to put them together and hang them with the included chains.

I talked to Chris right after placing the order and his customer service skills are rated 5 stars. Items were delivered within 10 days. The product was slightly different that what is shown on the pictures from the website, but it isn't a big deal. The product doesn't come with good and clear instructions to assemble it. I researched for a long time (online) and didn't find a video on how to assemble the item. The manufacturer should consider making a video on how to assembly this product and post it on YouTube. As a buyer, licensed real estate broker, and general contractor, I will highly recommend The Charming Bench Company to anyone. You are in good handles. This is a really nice bench that fits my needs perfectly. The only disappointment is that the screws that secure the arm rests are visible on top of the armrests. We used wood filler to cover those up before staining it.

The table is just as described. It arrived promptly and was packaged well. It required no assembly. It looks great and it’s the perfect size to go between my two rocking chairs on my front porch. It is high quality and made very well. Very durable.

There was a delay in getting the canopy but company made sure to keep me updated when it would arrive which was appreciated. They let me know the color I picked out wasn’t available at that time and helped me pick out a different color. Very happy with my purchase.

Very happy with this purchase. It's a beautiful bench. Moon Valley does a wonderful job. I was also very happy with The Charming Bench Company. Order confirmation and shipping status was never an issue. I even received a follow up card in the mail thanking me for my purchase! Very personable. Delivery was arranged through Moon Valley and because I live approximately an hour away Moon Valley informed me that the bench would be assembled. I couldn't be happier with either The Charming Bench Company or with Moon Valley! I would not hesitate to order again and I have recommended to others.

Bench was good quality(sturdy and well built) at a reasonable price with fast free delivery. Directions were easy to follow and about 45 minutes to put together by myself. I'd buy it again in the future and would recommend it to others.

Received all the pieces needed to assemble the bench . My husband spent a couple of hours putting it together . We stained it with a light stain & sealed it. It turned out beautiful

Beautiful piece and still looks great after a year. If u buy unfinished make sure you stain before putting together. Instructions were fairly easy and need at least 3 guys to lift

First off the customer service is outstanding with this company. Secondly, the quality is definitely there. Shipping was as expected with timing but a bonus is this company will put it in your garage or up to the house with no extra charge. Other companies leave it at curb and I’m not in a position to hall this kind of weight up the driveway into my garage. Best Buy, great customer service and the Pergola still looks amazing after the 12 months we had it.
