Teak Del-Amo Storage Bench

I love this bench, well made and sturdy love the storage area too

I purchased this bench for my son's outdoor classroom garden space. I bought it with the intent for all the children and community as a whole to be able to use for 'mask' breaks during school for the 2020-2021 school year. Once we set the bench out in its space the children were so thrilled they each took time to create 'thank you' cards for me. Each child expressed how grateful they were they had the bench to be able to go outside and to use.

It took me a good while online to find just the right bench. I specifically wanted one with storage so the classroom could put their garden tools in for later use throughout the year. It was hard finding a storage bench but this one by far was worth its quality in weight. The teak is solid and beautiful. Once I received the bench it came packaged very carefully and well thought out on its crate. I was thrilled with quality of the bench once I received it.

I also ordered a round picnic table that seats 8 to go with the bench for the children. I enjoyed working with Tabatha online to find just he right items for the school. Tabatha was great to work with and very courteous and professional.

It's good quality but it wasn't clear that we would have to assemble it ourselves -- from lousy instructions.

Solid construction and easy to assemble.

Time consuming assembly but it looks good and is functional once assembled.
