The swing itself seems well made and is comfortable and nice looking. My one suggestion is that they invest maybe 20 minutes on quality assurance and actually try following the rather sparse and incorrect assembly instructions. If you try using the instructions as written, you will assemble the swing once, then completely disassemble it when you realize a key step (which should have been the very first step) was left out and can't be completed at a later time, and then reassemble it from scratch a second time. (The loops that hold the rope MUST be attached to the side pieces BEFORE attaching the seat and back, because once the seat and back are bolted together there is no room to connect the rear rope loops, which are not mentioned at any point in the instructions. A 60 second fix to the instructions will save 30 min of frustration during assembly).
Michael- thank you so much for the feedback. Glad to hear you enjoyed the swing and we apologize for the issues with assembly. Based on your feedback, we are working to improve and change our instructions so that assembly is more clear in the future for our customers. - CB Team
