This bench has a beautiful design handcrafted in 100% yellow pine wood and will make you wish you had purchased one to relax in earlier.
Our pine furniture line is made with knot-free yellow pine, the most preferred and superior quality of pine woods. It can be ordered in a 4, 5, or 6 foot wide configurations to comfortable fit 2 to 3 people. Everyone of all ages will love to spend time enjoying this glider!
Painted or stained yellow pine is perfect for covered porches or when kept under a cover and requires some maintenance over time. Painted or stained yellow pine is NOT recommended for extended direct exposure to rain, snow, heat, or moisture that can cause rot. For those applications, choose a Pressure Treated Pine, Western Red Cedar, or Recycled Plastic product instead.

Beware if you are looking to purchase this bench. It does not tell you this in the description.... ("All Hickory and painted Yellow Pine furniture must be kept under a covered area" )
It just says for patio or porch I do not think most people have a covered patio. No where in the description does it tell you this It tells you in the download warranty information.
Well I purchased for a gift to my parents for X-mas of 2020. Fast forward to April 2024. I thought this was going to be a long term investment for them to spend sitting in for many years ...if you are also looking for something like that I would 100% pass on this item. The paint that is used I was told was the same as house paint/siding but it is all cracking and starting to peel but the worst part is the bottom piece of wood totally rotted out, my mother sat on it this year and it fell apart.
Bottom line is if I would of known ahead of time about it having to be in a covered area I would not of purchased this item what a waste of my money.... I hope this helps others to not waste their money on it.
FYI - The company who makes it is offering to replace that part...I'm just afraid of what the rest of the bench is going to do. Cant have elderly people sitting on something like that
Yes, we apologize for any misunderstanding and offered to send replacement parts, despite it being 2 yrs beyond the 1 yr warranty. Yellow Pine will break down over time if repeatedly exposed to rain, sprinklers, snow, ice, etc.
Please notice that the 1 year warranty of this product is included in the description and sent with the product. The warranty explains that proper maintenance is required and that Yellow Pine furniture should be kept under cover if you want to maximize the life of the bench.
If you're looking for a glider bench that will hold up long term when directly exposed to moisture, you will need to upgrade to a Western Red Cedar Marlboro Glider or a Recycled Plastic Poly Marlboro Glider which has a 20 yr warranty.

If you don't want to spend the extra money for these upgrades materials, then your best option is to keep the bench under cover and maintain the paint just like you would the trim siding on your house.

So Beautiful!!
We ordered our glider from you guys and had a small delay due to bottom being damaged... y’all Handel this issue very courteously and promptly!! We got the new bottom as promised and in a very timely manner!! It’s beautiful, well made and was very easily assembled!!! It compliments our sitting area on our porch perfectly and glides so smooth !! This is where our family spends a lot of treasured time together, It will be enjoyed and used vey much !!! Great price & customer service
I ordered from your company because you had the best price, time frame for receiving the item was a long time but that seems to be the same everywhere. I ordered it in what would be just enough time for Christmas (fingers crossed) and it was perfect timing. Unfortunately when the item was boxed it wasn't noticed the the wood on the bench seat was split from the screw going in and shipped like that, I had waited till the week of Christmas to put it together when I found out. I wrote an email to your company and it was sent thru to the appropriate people to get the problem resolved. They called the next day just like I was told they would, they asked if I could re-box the bad item put it at front door and fex ex picked up the next day. My part that was bad was expressed out to me and I got it the day after....that was the day before Christmas! The customer service was exceptional!
