I ordered from your company because you had the best price, time frame for receiving the item was a long time but that seems to be the same everywhere. I ordered it in what would be just enough time for Christmas (fingers crossed) and it was perfect timing. Unfortunately when the item was boxed it wasn't noticed the the wood on the bench seat was split from the screw going in and shipped like that, I had waited till the week of Christmas to put it together when I found out. I wrote an email to your company and it was sent thru to the appropriate people to get the problem resolved. They called the next day just like I was told they would, they asked if I could re-box the bad item put it at front door and fex ex picked up the next day. My part that was bad was expressed out to me and I got it the day after....that was the day before Christmas! The customer service was exceptional!
